I haven’t received my order
If you haven't receive your order yet, just email contact@oceandefils.com regarding the issue. We will discuss why the problem is happening, and give you the tracking number if the problem has to do with the mailing service.
WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
If you plan to return your order, please mail it back to the address it came from. The products must come back in good shape and form. For the refund, we will pay you back the amount you paid for the order, the same way as you paid when you ordered. You must return your order within 14 days of the order reaching its destination.
To which countries do you ship?
We only ship to the United States of America, as of right now.
Do you sell gift boxes?
Yes! We do during Christmas, but we will be adding a gift box option for any gifts throughout the year soon!
Are your earrings waterproof?
Yes, all of our earrings are waterproof! Polymer clay is durable, as well as waterproof. So don't panic if you forgot to take off your earrings in the shower (that's how I found out they were waterproof)!
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
Of course! If you want to change or adjust anything just fill in the form below but tell what adjustments you would like. We will then shortly contact you for changing the order.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO MAKE A RETURN?
You have 14 days, once the order reaches you, to return and get a refund. Once it is past 14 days, you can't return the order.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Our orders are packaged and mailed through USPS. USPS gives us a tracking number for your order, which we will send you when you request it. You can request it by replying to the confirmation email, messaging us on Instagram where we finalized your order, or by filling in the form below.
